How can we get rid of excessive sweating?
To treat this problem we recommend balancing your diet, quitting smoking and avoiding stress. Experts do not recommend deodorants that only mask the effects of the disease, but an antiperspirant to eliminate it on a long term.
Try the following natural treatments:
Alum Stone
Alum is a mineral deodorant, 100% natural. You can find it in herbal stores in the form of a stick or roll-on. It is odorless and contains sulfuric acid, aluminum and potassium. Alum stone blocks and reduces perspiration odors without damaging the skin. Apply it on the skin after washing, when it is still damp. In addition, it is very economical, because one stone lasts an entire year.
A special oil
Against excessive sweating of the armpits is recommended a massage oil made from the following ingredients:
15 ml of camphor alcohol;
10 drops of cypress essential oil;
10 drops of sage essential oil
2 drops of peppermint oil.
Mix them well and massage the area in the morning and in the evening.
The infusion of black tea
Prepare a super-concentrated infusion of black tea, and instead to drink it, let it cool, soak a clean cloth in it and apply it for 5 minutes on each armpit.
Do this every night for 2 weeks, and the tannic acid in tea will permanently reduce the production of sweat.
Baking soda
Apply baking soda on problem areas once you get out of the shower. It has a soothing effect and even if it doesn’t prevent perspiration, neutralizes the acids that give odor.
